Building Brighter Futures for Women and Children

Starting or pursuing a career as a family lady can be challenging and difficult as she has to successfully navigate through her field and achieve her professional dreams while managing both work and family, or academics and family, as the case may be.

Ladies360 is a mentorship program for young women between the ages of 20-35 years. The project tends to create the necessary inspiration, training, skills, advice, and encouragement needed to set women on a striving pursuit to reach their full potential.

Expectations

The Project will reach out to sixty (60) Ladies annually across Edo Sate in two batches, that each lasts for five months with thirty (30) participants in each batch. 

Specifically, the mentorship program targets young ladies in the first to third year of their career and 400 level upward students of tertiary institutions.

Methodology

The mentorship program will bring about 10 seasoned Career coaches driven by passion and who would be available and able to work with the mentees through mentoring, coaching and creating strategic network that will make the mentorship program goal a reality. Facilators role will be to facilate training sessions both physically and virtually and one on one coaching sessions inorder to build competency, strong and resilient mentees with a firm effective balance in career and family.
